The PhD in leadership is designed to meet the needs of mid-career academic leaders and provide an innovative and highly flexible program. This program requires a research-focused dissertation that helps participants grow as both leaders and researchers.

POST-DOCTORAL 证书

This program provides advanced training for those with a completed doctorate (PhD, MD, DDS, DMin, 等.). Individuals may pursue research, 教学, administration and/or practicums as determined on the basis of availability of senior faculty members.

入学 REQUIREMENTS

研究生 Certificate & 领导学硕士

This program requires a bachelor's degree (or non-U.S. equivalent) from an accredited 机构 and minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.60 (lower GPAs may be considered for strong profiles)
Two recommendations from advisors, major professors or employers, 等
Resume describing employment, research or special projects, 等.
Statement of Purpose reflecting your philosophical perspective, 个人, professional and academic goals, and reasons for seeking the graduate program
TOEFL, IELTS or PTE (academic): Only for students whose language of education is not English

DLEAD & 领导力博士

In addition to the MA requirements doctoral applications must include:

Master’s degree (or non-U.S. equivalent) from an accredited 机构 and minimum graduate GPA of 3.30 (lower GPAs may be considered for strong profiles)
Three recomendations from advisors, major professors or employers
A minimum of five years of professional work experience in a leadership setting is expected
